All price quotes, negotiations, tendering, liabilities and contractual arrangements are between the philharding.net network member or BMT Isis Ltd (see contracting note below) and the organisation seeking expertise.

To enable convenience and commercial peace of mind the philharding.net network is allied with BMT Isis Ltd, an independent and respected consultancy that as part of the BMT Group has local offices around the UK and across the world.
As a network member of philharding.net, BMT Isis understands the philosophy and ethos behind the network and seeks to enhance the success of this innovative business model. The arrangement allows the wide and holistic range of
services available to be contracted with total peace of mind through an organisation that has an established history of providing services to both the public and private sectors.
Additionally:
- BMT Isis can provide comprehensive project management capabilities, for more complex support programmes, through its experienced and qualified project managers.
- Public sector bodies are able to utilise BMT Isis' membership of multiple framework and enabling agreements to ensure efficient and effective contracting.

Network members have been chosen for their experience, expertise and proven track record. They share a common understanding that clients really appreciate prompt and helpful attention.
To protect the reputation, integrity and ethical trading standards of other network members, Phil Harding can only accept new consultants or advisers onto the network that are already known personally
to him or to existing network members/associates where vacancies in the delivery team of network members arise.
