The presentation focused on how we can manage change whilst motivating ourselves and those around us. Partly based on the internationally acclaimed guide "Resource Efficiency & Corporate Responsibility - Managing Change", written by philharding.net members, the workshop provided self-motivational guidance. This made a positive impression on staff at a difficult and challenging time for them. The Director reported afterwards: 'I have had very positive feedback from many of the team on how interesting, enjoyable and useful the session you ran was for them.' Creating the business case for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Sustainability
By working with the UK President, and the board, over a period of several months we were able to define the material aspects of CSR to the business.
