Phil has extensive experience and success in delivering a wide range of projects and business support schemes for HM Government with particular reference to climate change impacts, energy & resource efficiency, and sustainability before he established the philharding.net network.

Having worked with the public and private sectors, he has produced management guides on sustainability issues that are used globally. Mark is an experienced sustainability professional with over 13 years background in environmental management. He is skilled at creating and embedding sustainable strategies for clients.

As a Chartered Environmentalist, he is an advanced lead auditor of environmental management systems. Mark has managed and integrated environmental, quality, health and safety, CSR and holistic sustainability management systems. A sustainable procurement specialist, Mark is a Technical Committee member of BS8903:2010 and regularly advises the public and private sector, including direction, strategy and policy for Central Government.

Carole is an environmental scientist, chartered marketer and holds a masters in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). She has 20+ years' experience focusing on raising awareness, promoting attitudinal shifts & supporting behavioural change around sustainable development issues across all sectors.

Carole has delivered Government environmental support programmes and has developed and delivered numerous action learning and consultancy programmes for business and public sector clients on resource efficiency, climate change and sustainable business strategy. A popular speaker, trainer and facilitator, she is a Chartered Institute of Marketing 'Sustainability Ambassador'.

Alex is a motivational speaker, consultant, trainer, coach, and jazz pianist, working with teams, organisations and communities to facilitate change, creativity, innovation and sustainable development. He blends leading-edge management thinking and practices with live improvised jazz performances at conferences, workshops and leadership development programmes. By understanding how jazz musicians work together, create and sustain change, valuable lessons can be applied to organisations.

Alex is a Professor of Sustainable Development. He leads programmes for leadership development and CSR taking UK professionals to participate in programmes in Uganda, Bangladesh and Kenya.

John is a Chartered Engineer and Certified Management Consultant with over 30 years' experience. He runs his own UK practice and is the VP of Program Development for a Canada-based energy consulting firm. John's particular expertise is in blending energy management and business management techniques. That and a good working knowledge of environmental management enable him to provide effective support.

John's consulting experience has been gained in a wide range of sectors. He is also an effective conference speaker and trainer.

Martin has been key to helping businesses reduce costs through improved environmental performance with both strategic and practical implementation support.

Martin's roles have included Director of Envirowise (which helped UK business to save over £1billion through improved environmental performance) for 10 years up to 2008, Head of Client Engagement at the Carbon Trust, Director of BuildDesk Ltd and a member of the management team for Rockwool UK. Martin has also worked in the Water industry and provided evidence to parliament on climate change and waste reduction.

Richard heads the Regulatory Department and Coordinates the Local Authority Threat Management Team for a national law practice. He has much national and international experience in all aspects of regulatory work including as an HSE inspector for 8 years prosecuting his own cases.

Richard is a Chartered Member of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health), a qualified Advanced Environmental Management Systems Auditor an Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediator and has a master's degree in Environmental Toxicology. He specialises in regulatory prosecutions (HSE, Environment Agency, Defra, local authorities etc) and advising organisations on pro-active risk management.

Jannie is Clinical Director of a specialist health consultancy. For over 10 years he has been active in the private and public sectors as a consultant psychologist, managing and leading teams involved in condition management programmes.

Jannie places an emphasis on individual, team and organisational wellbeing and resilience. He develops cognitive-behavioural therapy programmes focusing on optimal functioning within the working environment; including assisting individuals and teams to optimise psychological and physical wellbeing by developing skills to prevent burnout, stress management, work/life balance maintenance and return-to-work initiatives after periods of absence.

Charlotte is a nutritionist with extensive experience in providing both nutritional and specialised dietetic education, training and advisory services including one-to-one nutritional consultations, presenting at healthy eating seminars and giving personal smoking cessation advice for stop-smoking campaigns organised by the National Health Service.

Charlotte is experienced in marketing brands and specific products and has planned and developed campaigns promoting healthy lifestyle products. Nutrition seminars can introduce and explain the fundamentals of a healthy diet and how to incorporate a balanced diet into a busy working lifestyle, aimed at increasing work performance whilst improving the health and wellbeing of staff.

Klaudia has extensive experience working with business in the environment, specialising in Environmental Management Systems and training, ranging from environmental awareness training to internal auditing. She is an advanced EMS auditor, full member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, a Chartered Environmentalist and has a Certificate in Permaculture Design.

He holds a PhD in subjects covering ecology, geology, physiology and chemistry and is a member of several professional bodies, holding Chartered status in environment, science and environmental management.

He has worked within a diverse range of sectors including governance, energy, transportation, tourism, water, waste, agriculture, harbours & marinas, dams & reservoirs, CHP, chemical, manufacturing, engineering, construction, quarrying & land reclamation, and urban development.

Nicholas is a competition economist with experience of telecommunications regulation, policy, finance and strategy. He has undertaken competition analysis in many different sectors and was a Member of the Competition Commission.

Nicholas and his team have advised governments, regulators and telecom operators in the UK, many EU countries and parts of Asia (e.g. Jordan, Mongolia) and Africa (e.g. Rwanda, Côte d’Ivoire). He speaks business French and German.

He led an EC Research and Technological Development project in European climate history, and has worked with conservation agencies to assess recent environmental changes in mires and moorlands.

Frank is trained as a negotiator and non-executive director, and has Board level experience in the Public, Charity and community-interest sectors. He has first-hand knowledge of both corporate governance and union representation.

Rob is an environmental auditor with 15+ years’ experience. He has delivered 150+ environmental action planning workshops, 250+ environmental audits and 500+ expert advice sessions to UK businesses on many subjects including Environmental Management Systems, waste, water, regulatory compliance, resource efficiency and environmental communications.

Rob has worked with most of the UK Government advice programmes (Carbon Trust, Envirowise, NISP, Environment Agency, Business Link, County Councils, Regional Development Agencies, Government Offices, etc.) helping to integrate delivery of environmental business support to UK businesses.

Mike has worked for over 15 years at the pioneering edge of resource efficiency, and environmental management and sustainable management systems, in the private and public sectors.

Recent work on Healthcare and Climate Change with NHS Trusts resulted in a Sustainable Action Planning toolkit specifically tailored to the culture of that organisation achieving savings of £2,300 per employee p.a. In addition, other efficiency gains were 50% less waiting time for patients, improved employee attendance levels, and reductions of approximately 2 tonnes CO2e p.a. per employee.

Paul is a Chartered Environmentalist and has been the environmental manager in an energy supplier, two retailers and a government regulator. He has also been an environmental consultant, implementing sustainable development, corporate responsibility and HSE strategies and supporting programmes, including formal management systems in both the private and public sector.

Paul currently sits on IEMA's SW steering group and regularly represents IEMA at events.

Jim has almost 30 years in the IT industry, having worked for the likes of Lotus Development, IBM and Sun Microsystems. His experience covers collaboration software, knowledge management, organisation and leadership development, product marketing and corporate social responsibility and sustainability.

With prior experience as head of CSR and sustainability for Sun Microsystems Jim has experience in strategy, policy, stakeholder engagement, building the business case for CSR, sustainable IT, and new product and service development.
